Severine is a French American citizen currently based in Miami and has more than 14 years of experience in International Business transactions. After successful studies, both in France (Assas University) and in Florida (University of Miami) she was admitted to the Paris Bar and started to practice as a commercial litigator with the Parisian Firm SCP Weissberg-Gaetjens-Ziegenfeuter (WGZ). A few years later, she joined the firm of Becker & Poliakoff in Broward County, Florida and passed the Florida bar.
She then joined the firm of Robert Pittman and then worked as an of counsel for the firm of Allen & Overy before joining the firm of Gutierrez Bergman Boulris PLLC and finally launched her own in 2015: Gianese-Pittman PA.
The role of Gianese-Pittman PA is to guide European clients aiming to develop their business opportunities in Florida by bringing her expertise and multicultural culture in foreign and international investments/ transactions. The firm is specialized in Corporate Law, Commercial Acquisition, and Distribution Law and offers the highest standard of efficiency and competency in representing clients from Europe, the United States, and South America.
Severine was the President of FACC Miami/Fort Lauderdale from 2013 to 2017. She remains at the board of directors and is the Secretary of the FACC. She is a very active and trusted member of the community. She has also been appointed “Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur” – Foreign trade advisor for France. Her dual licenses and solid experience are indispensable tools to assist French companies, providing the sound legal structure they need to ensure the vitality and success of their business ventures.
